I have a been a bit behind here and am even late this week on making my menu plan post. We have been up to our ears in projects and for the past few days, I have been up to my ears in tissues. Allergy season has already hit me. I will be posting on those projects in the days to come but for now, here is the menu plan for the week.

Sunday, March 13
Breakfast: Fried eggs, ham and hashbrowns
Lunch: Shrimp, corn and hushpuppies
Dinner: Healthy Hamburger Helper, green beans, applesauce

Monday, March 14
Breakfast: Waffles, Orange Coolers
Lunch: Sloppy Joes
Dinner: Roast, potatoes, carrots, cornbread

Tuesday, March 15
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls
Lunch: Pasta
Dinner: Chili

Wednesday, March 16
Breakfast: Applesauce Bread
Lunch: Leftover chili
Dinner: BBQ Chicken with Rice, Peas, Applesauce

Thursday, March 17
Breakfast: Salsa Eggs, Toast
Lunch: cheating on this day as it is co-op day for us: Frozen meals (don’t gasp!)
Dinner: Pinto Beans, Fried Bologna, Cornbread

Friday, March 18
Breakfast: Blueberry Muffins, sausage, eggs
Lunch: Grilled Cheese, Raw Veggies/
Dinner: Fried Chicken, Gravy, Potatoes, Butterbeans

Saturday, March 19
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: One-Skillet Spaghetti, Salad. Garlic bread
